Every engagement runs on a signed agreement with clearly defined fees. We never mark up vehicles, workshop invoices, freight, or government charges, and you pay third parties directly — so our incentive remains aligned with yours.
FLAGSHIP SERVICE
Vehicle Sourcing & Acquisition
You brief us on the model, chassis, specification, intended use, and budget. We search across all seven Canary Islands, including private and word-of-mouth opportunities that may never be publicly listed, then coordinate the acquisition once an appropriate candidate has been inspected and approved by you. Searches run in 3, 6, or 12-month terms and are limited to around ten client engagements per year.
- Vehicle-search engagements begin with a non-refundable $500 retainer. The standard sourcing success fee is $3,500 upon purchase. Broader consulting assignments are scoped separately.

BEFORE YOU COMMIT
Inspection & Due Diligence
Before you commit to a purchase, CIR inspects and test-drives each serious candidate in person. We document the vehicle’s identity, visible condition, service evidence, road behavior, and known defects so you can make an informed decision from abroad. Where specialist diagnosis is appropriate, we coordinate an independent workshop or official service-center inspection at your expense.

AFTER ACQUISITION
Restoration & Project Coordination
After purchase, CIR can coordinate anything from preventive servicing and recommissioning to a full elective restoration. We define the scope with you, obtain workshop estimates, document progress, coordinate parts, and keep third-party costs transparent. Workshops and suppliers invoice you directly, with no CIR markup.

International Logistics & Delivery
Once your vehicle is ready to ship, CIR coordinates the full export and delivery pipeline: Spanish deregistration (baja definitiva), export preparation, port handling, ocean freight, destination customs support, import registration guidance, and overland delivery where available. Freight companies, brokers, and government agencies invoice you directly.

Half the vehicles we place are found through word of mouth from local owners. If you have a classic on the islands, we bring it to a global audience with documented, transparent sales — including full listing and auction management on Bring a Trailer, where we have sold island vehicles since the platform’s first thousand auctions.
