START YOUR SEARCH

A focused brief is the first step toward the right vehicle.

The Buyer Survey gives CIR the vehicle, budget, destination, timing, and decision criteria needed to evaluate whether a commissioned search is realistic before arranging an introductory call.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

Three practical fit checks.

These thresholds do not guarantee that a project will be accepted, but they prevent buyers from investing time in a search that is unlikely to work after professional fees, preparation, freight, and import costs.

Budget

Plan for an all-in budget of at least $25,000 USD.

The survey asks for the complete budget, including the vehicle, CIR fees, preparation, freight, import charges, registration, and delivery.

Destination

CIR primarily serves buyers importing to the United States, Canada, and Europe.

The exact city, state, province, or country affects eligibility, taxes, registration, freight, and delivery planning.

Timing

A typical successful engagement takes approximately six to twelve months from the initial brief through delivery.

Some searches finish sooner; uncommon specifications and restoration projects may take longer.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

Submission does not automatically create a call.

CIR reviews each survey before deciding whether an introductory conversation would be useful for both sides.

1 · Submit

Provide the vehicle, budget, destination, timing, and practical requirements.

2 · Personal review

Adam reviews the complete submission and normally replies within two business days.

3 · Introductory call

If the project appears to fit CIR’s scope, the reply includes available times for a complimentary 15–30 minute call.

4 · Written proposal

If both sides decide to proceed, CIR provides a written scope, fees, responsibilities, and search term.

THE BUYER SURVEY

Prepare the key decisions before you begin.

The form is most useful when the budget, destination, and must-have requirements are already clear. Estimates are acceptable; incomplete answers are better than invented certainty.

AFTER SUBMISSION

Your confirmation should explain the next step clearly.

You should see an on-screen confirmation immediately. CIR normally responds within two business days. If the project appears to fit, that reply will include available introductory-call times. A survey submission does not create an appointment or engagement.
