The correct intake route provides the information CIR needs and avoids sending buyers, sellers, and general enquiries through the same form.
I want CIR to source a vehicle
Complete the Buyer Survey with the vehicle, budget, destination, timing, and decision criteria.
Every survey is reviewed personally. If the project appears to fit CIR’s scope, you will receive available times for a complimentary introductory call.
I want to sell a vehicle
Use the Seller Submission page to provide the vehicle, island location, ownership history, documentation, condition, photographs, and expectations.
The page explains CIR’s seller-representation process and is available in English and Spanish.
I have another question
Email is best for detailed questions, documents, parts enquiries, press requests, and anything that should remain in writing.
WhatsApp is appropriate for short operational questions, photographs, or voice notes while CIR is working around the islands. It is not a public voice-call line.
