SELLER REPRESENTATION · ALL SEVEN ISLANDS
Sell a distinctive vehicle with a clear international strategy.
Canary Island Rover helps owners across the Canary Islands evaluate, prepare, present, and coordinate the sale of classic 4×4s and other distinctive vehicles to qualified local and international buyers.
No obligation to inquire · Representation is subject to review and a written agreement
REPRESENTATION BEGINS WITH FIT
Not every vehicle or sale is appropriate for CIR.
CIR first reviews the vehicle, documentation, ownership, location, timing, and likely market before proposing an engagement.
- The seller retains ownership until the sale.
- Scope, fees, and responsibilities are written.
- The sale strategy is selected for the specific vehicle.
- Transport and export support are added only when relevant.
HOW REPRESENTATION WORKS
From initial review to a documented handoff.
Every engagement is defined around the vehicle, seller, island, sale channel, and buyer destination.
01 · Initial review
Share the vehicle, ownership, location, condition, documentation, photographs, and expectations. CIR determines whether the project fits the service.
02 · Position and prepare
Identify documentation gaps, presentation needs, a realistic market position, and the appropriate private, local, or public sale route.
03 · Present and communicate
Within the agreed scope, CIR coordinates listing materials, qualified enquiries, inspections, and clear answers to buyer questions.
04 · Complete the sale
Once terms are accepted, CIR helps coordinate payment records, collection, transport, and export documentation within the written engagement.
A GOOD FIT
Vehicles and situations that may fit.
Credible representation depends on clear ownership, honest information, and a realistic market plan.
Classic 4×4s and utility vehicles
Land Rover, Toyota, Mercedes-Benz, and other distinctive vehicles with collector, enthusiast, or practical international appeal.
Documented and honestly represented
Clear ownership, useful records, and a seller willing to disclose known defects, repairs, modifications, and history.
Owners seeking broader reach
Sellers who value professional presentation, bilingual communication, and coordination beyond a classified advertisement.
LOCAL ACCESS · INTERNATIONAL EXECUTION
Built in Tenerife, connected beyond the islands.
Canary Island Rover has operated from Tenerife since 2015, combining local vehicle and documentation work with English- and Spanish-language coordination for buyers in Europe and North America.
Initial review can begin remotely. Inspection, photography, and travel are scoped according to the island and engagement.
Clear communication between the owner, prospective buyer, and relevant service providers.
The recommended route depends on the vehicle, documentation, timing, and likely buyer—not a one-size-fits-all listing.
PREPARE FOR THE REVIEW
What the form covers.
Make, model, year, island, ownership, and available registration or DGT information.
Known defects, repairs, modifications, service history, and a shareable photo link.
Your contact details, expectations, timing, and consent for CIR to review the submission.
Registration details are helpful but should not prevent an inquiry. They help verify ownership, DGT information, ITV history, and the exact vehicle. When a number is unavailable, explain that in the form.
Photographs: with the current form setup, provide a shareable Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, or iCloud link containing exterior, interior, engine-bay, and underside images.
SELLER INQUIRY
Tell CIR about the vehicle.
The form may be completed in English or Spanish. An inquiry does not create an engagement or guarantee acceptance, valuation, sale price, or timing.
SELLER QUESTIONS
Before you submit.
Does CIR buy vehicles directly?
A vehicle may occasionally be considered for the CIR private collection, but this page is primarily for seller representation and marketing enquiries. Submission is not a purchase offer.
What vehicles are most suitable?
Classic 4×4s, utility vehicles, and other distinctive vehicles with clear ownership, useful documentation, and a condition or history that can be represented honestly.
How are seller fees determined?
Professional fees, travel, photography, preparation, and auction-related work are quoted after the initial review and documented before work begins.
Can CIR assist on islands other than Tenerife?
Yes. Initial review can begin remotely. Travel, inspection, and photography on another island depend on the vehicle, schedule, and written scope.
Seller note: Canary Island Rover does not guarantee acceptance, valuation, buyer interest, sale price, transaction timing, export eligibility, or completion. Services begin only under a written agreement defining scope, fees, and responsibilities.
