The Land Rover Defender 90, equipped with the “23L” 300Tdi engine, incorporates a sophisticated drivetrain that enhances its off-road prowess. A key feature is the central locking differential, which significantly improves traction in challenging conditions by ensuring equal power distribution to both front and rear axles. This feature, combined with the two-speed transfer case, allows the driver to select between high and low gear ranges, adapting the vehicle’s performance to diverse terrains and driving situations.

The fuel economy of the 300Tdi engine is one of its standout attributes, offering efficiency uncommon in off-road vehicles of this caliber.
