test drive

Twisting mountain roads with three adults.  The ride as a passenger is comfortable and well proportioned.  The interior is quiet and spacious.  The vehicle rides high and stable.
As the driver, the pilot chair feels supportive and commanding over the road.  The driver sight lines are unmolested.  The limits of the vehicle are clearly present for tight manuevering like parralel parking.
The brakes perform properly.  The steering was correct and the vehicle handled well on uneven pavement.  The engine accelerates rapidly up hill in second gear and travels comfortably in third and forth.
The clutch was firm, possibly from waning use.  The parking brake needs adjustment, yet functions properly.
Overall, an excellent driver that is well crafted and equally modern.  There are few classic Land Cruiser that exist like this LJ77 LX in their original state.  It is a time machine back to 1993.
